Zach grew up in the Eastern Jackson County area and graduated from Blue Springs South High School. Prior to his legal education, Zach earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Missouri, where he was an active member in his fraternity's philanthropy work and held a leadership role at a local Cub Scout Pack. Zach later earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In law school, Zach was a member of the UMKC Law Review and Urban Lawyer journal staff, interned at an estate planning firm in Overland Park, Kansas, and participated in various volunteer legal assistance and tax programs.
Since he was admitted to the Missouri Bar, Zach has primarily focused his practice in civil law, including litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, property foreclosures, easements, estate planning, and business formations. Zach also has experience in criminal law, including traffic matters, misdemeanor defense, and DWI defense. His professional memberships include the Missouri Bar, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association.
Zach currently resides in Grain Valley, Missouri with his wife, Megan. In his free time, you will find Zach on a golf course or at Kauffman Stadium watching the Royals chase another pennant.
